When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: full name, email address, phone number, the category you select ("I am a..."), your message, and — if you choose to attach one — your CV/resume file.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry — whether that's an employer manpower request, a job seeker application, a partnership enquiry, or a general question — and to progress your application or request through our recruitment process where relevant. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider, and forwarded to our team by email. Any CV files you upload are stored by the same service. We retain enquiry data only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you or progress a recruitment engagement, after which it may be deleted.
This site uses a small number of third-party services in the normal course of operating: Netlify (hosting and form processing), Google Maps (embedded map on our Contact page), and WhatsApp (if you choose to message us directly). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing data you share with them directly.
As a Nigerian company, we aim to handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) principles: processing data lawfully and fairly, only for the purpose it was collected, and keeping it no longer than necessary.
