From how long deployment takes to what documents you'll need — the essentials, in one place.
Timelines vary by role, destination country, and how quickly documentation and medicals are completed, but our ten-step process — application through post-placement support — is designed to move as efficiently as the employer's and candidate's paperwork allows. We keep both sides updated at every stage.
KETBIM Manpower Services does not charge job seekers unlawful recruitment fees. Our recruitment services for candidates follow transparent, ethical practices in line with our Core Values — any legitimate costs (such as government-mandated medicals or documentation) are disclosed clearly upfront, never hidden.
Typically a valid international passport, recent passport photographs, relevant certificates or trade qualifications, and a CV. Additional documents (medical clearance, police clearance, employer-specific paperwork) are requested as your application progresses through screening and documentation.
We work only with verified employer partnerships — reviewing the employer's registration, the role and contract terms, and working conditions before presenting any candidate. This is part of our commitment to ethical recruitment and candidate welfare.
Our process doesn't end at travel. Post-placement support includes ongoing candidate welfare checks and a point of contact for both the employer and the candidate after arrival, so issues can be raised and resolved early.
Yes — mobility services including visa assistance, documentation support, medical coordination, and pre-departure orientation are core parts of what we handle for every placement, for both employers and candidates.
